Ever since she can remember, she’s been fascinated with the intricacies of human behavior and well-being. For years she has been studying well-being and what it entails. She has a degree in Psychology and an Executve Masters in Positve Psychology, a coach, writer and Yoga Medicine Teacher. She was the online editor of Positve Psychology Program where she deepened her love for writng and content developing. Writng about the topics that dance around her mind and heart, she’s an avid student that finds her greatest joy in sharing what she learns. She’s also a guest writer for Men’s Health.
Catarina found in Yoga, not only a tool, but a life science that captured and catalyzed the best in her and others. She started to practce intensely in 2012 and since then trained and studied in India, Thailand, Bahamas, Mexico and Hawaii. A certfied 500 hours advanced teacher, her trainings ranged from Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yoga Medicine. She’s the only Yoga Medicine teacher in Portugal, having studied directly with Tiffany Cruikshank, internationally considered one of the best teachers of our time. Her classes are a fun and passionate exploration of the physical and psychological signature of well-being.

LENA SUNDERMEIER

Since 2004, Lena is working as gym instructor, group fitness and personal trainer as well as a sports therapist. During this time she gained experience and knowledge to provide a professional, goal oriented and customized training.
In 2012, she discovered Ashtanga Yoga, which was linked with her perception of a balanced mindset and healthy body. This led her to practice at the source of Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore, India at the Shri K Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute, to deepen her practice and learn more about the philosophy. Soon after she also included teaching yoga to her repertoire. To provide a well balanced body, mind and spirit experience, she focuses as well on relaxation and meditation techniques.

PEDRO BARBOSA

Pedro is sports addicted and practiced different modalities during his life, today he practices and teaches yoga and meditation daily. In some time he developed his own personal style of practice, mixing techniques from traditional schools of yoga and modern concepts of natural movement, functional and conditioning exercises, directly reflected in his classes and sessions! Some of his classes are 'Power Flow', 'Yogic Flow', 'Core Flexibility' and 'Feeling Yin'. Be ready to connect to your innerself in a challenging practice.
Through yoga, in addition to all of its physical and mental benefits, of integrating human beings, Pedro believes to provide and to exchange knowledge, getting closer to people with different cultures and backgrounds almost every day! On his way Pedro is reaching people who is always seeking for improvement, not only personal because it starts in themselves, but also for the society as a whole. And connecting these different minds in this same tune Pedro feels that somehow he is able to change the world around and reality as well.

MATHILDE LETESSIER

Calm and contemplative by nature, when she started practicing yoga 8 years ago, Mathilde found not only a fulfilling lifestyle, but also her genuine mean of self-expression.
In seeking to practice more consistently, she became a volunteer helper at her local studio in London, where she met many inspiring yoga teachers who strengthened her loving of the discipline.
After completing her 200 hours Yoga Alliance teacher training, she moved to Portugal to live a life more in accordance with her personality: slow, gentle, and inspired by caring - towards oneself, others and the planet.
She now teaches regular classes in Lisbon and organizes yoga retreats in Portugal, in remote and wild places carefully chosen.

SANDRA BATISTA

Sandra has been fascinated with movement since a young age and over a decade ago, soon after completing her studies in Journalism, she decided to start exploring the mind-body connection that Yoga offers. She studied different styles - Vinyasa, Prana Flow, Mandala and Yin Yoga with several teachers in London, where she's been teaching up until now. Her classes are rich, sometimes challenging, but always creating space for self-exploration and discovery encouraging everyone to follow their own unique rhythm. She is also a Thai Massage Therapist and loves bringing this beautiful healing practice to people.
She doesn't like labels and enjoys bringing different styles and influences to her classes, considering herself an eternal student and a bit of a learning addict! Sandra is currently working towards her Yoga Alliance 500 hours accreditation.
