It is important to be flexible, and the beginning of flexibility lies in working with the body, and then you become flexible in every area of life. Yoga is a method, training for the soul, mind and body, you breathe and release everything that disturbs you. We believe yoga and mindfulness transform lives and we want to share this journey with you. Whether you are a beginner or have been practicing yoga for years, we have classes to suit every level.

vinyasa flow

It is a dynamic yoga flow practice which improves the strength and flexibility of the whole body. Breath and movement are connected to create a rhythmic movement flow to increase the energy level, boost the immune system and improve your awareness for body and mind. Take a break and leave the everyday stress behind during this class.

Hatha Yoga

Journey from breathing smoothly to dynamic movements that will make you sweat, finally settling into blissful relaxation.

Antigravity Yoga

AntiGravity Yoga provides a workout that allows you to stretch and strengthen without over-stressing your joints or compressing your vertebrae.

Candlelight Yoga

Ease into your evening with nourishing movement, deep breaths, and the warmth and softness of candlelight.

Power Flow

‘Power Flow’ is a mix between classic vinyasa style with power yoga and modern concepts of natural movement. On this class you can expect to do some body-conscience exercise, focusing on moving with your breath in a creative flow between the postures (asanas). You will also find yoga nidra work, meditation and intention setting on this class. Yoga approach with some functional exercise on it’s best.

Yogic Flow

‘Yogic Flow’ is a classic vinyasa style class with some hatha yoga integral influences. On this class we flow with our breath becoming steady in some postures (asanas). Working on focus and surrendering the mind throught the natural rhythm of your breath to your physical body conditioning. You will also face yogic breath exercises (pranayama), meditation and yoga nidra work on this class.


‘Equilibrium’ class in a funny-challenging approach to a vinyasa yoga style focusing on balancing postures (asanas). This class will work on your natural alignment, body-conscience attention, bringing you to live the moment and keep in balance, to become balance. You will also find meditation and yoga nidra work on this class.

Feeling Yin

‘Feeling Yin’ is a Yin Yoga class, a slow-paced style of yoga with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time, accessing deeper layers of muscle stretching and fascia releasing. A more meditative approach to yoga, its goals are awareness of inner silence. On this class you will apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia and ligaments, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Working on your inner connection and relaxation as well.

Core Flexibility

On ‘Core Flexibility’ class you will have a vinyasa style approach with focus on activating, stabilizing and strengthening the core muscles. This work happens throught dynamic breath work between postures (asanas) mixed with some modern concepts of natural movement, functional core exercises and animal movement techniques. You will also find meditation and yoga nidra (relaxation; visualization) on this class.

In Sunshine Yoga Baby & Kids Methodology we seek to structure and organize whta babies and kids already do naturally. The Classes are fun and through histories, musics, games & visualizations we work on the principles of non-violence, truth, peace and joy whilst the asanas workout the body.
